Urban Agriculture Forum 2021

Presented by Sustain

The 2021 Urban Agriculture Forum:

Care Farming & Gardening in the Climate Emergency

You are invited to the 3rd National Urban Agriculture Forum (UAF) in 2021! Join us as we explore the growing urban agriculture initiatives in Australia and beyond and the positive impacts it has on our community’s health and wellbeing.

The UAF is a bi-annual event that is held in Melbourne. We pay our respects to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, on whose lands this event will take place. The forum attracts over 200 policy makers, practitioners, innovators and institutions in the urban agriculture sector.

Who should attend?

The Urban Agriculture Forum is tailored to a wide-cross section of stakeholders, including staff from state and local government working in health and wellbeing, social and strategic planning, economic development, community engagement and environment and sustainability, the education, university and TAFE sectors, designers and urban planners, urban farmers, community and backyard gardeners, chefs and restaurateurs, food social enterprise and retail businesses, health professionals, emergency food relief providers, and waste management professionals and agencies.

Connect with fellow Urban Agriculture enthusiasts!

The 2021 Urban Agriculture Forum will take an online format, with plenty of opportunities to connect in person throughout the wider Urban Agriculture Month. With the uncertainties of COVID-19, this format will allow us to prepare the best quality forum we can!
